The protection of your personal data is important to us. In this privacy policy, we explain, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in short DSGVO, and the valid Italian regulations, how we collect your personal data when you visit the website, what we do with it, for what purposes and on what legal basis this is done. Purpose and legal basis of the processing:

When you visit our websites, we store certain information:

  • Information on the browser and operating system you use,

  • the search terms you may have entered,
  • the frequency with which you visit individual web pages,

In addition, for security reasons, in particular to prevent and detect attacks on our websites or attempts at fraud, we store your IP address and the name of your internet service provider for a period of seven days.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be linked to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the person concerned must remain stored for the entire duration of the session.

  •     Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purpose of preparing an offer or fulfilling a contract with you.
  •     Insofar as the processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations, we are authorised to do so in accordance with Art. 6, Paragraph 1, Letter c) of the        DSGVO.
  •     In addition, we process personal data for purposes of safeguarding our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f) DSGVO.

Legitimate interests:

The maintenance of the functionality of IT systems, but also the marketing of our own products and services and the documentation of business contacts are such legitimate interests.

  •     Google Maps: Regarding Google Maps, we refer the user to the Additional Terms of Use for Google Maps/Google Earth including the Google Privacy Policy.

Intention of transfer to a third country or international organization:

Duration of storage:

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for our recording purposes. Details can be found in the Cookies section (see below).

Your rights:

You may request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us. You also have the right to rectify or delete personal data concerning you, to limit the processing and to object to it; you also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

Right to withdraw consent:

You have the right to withdraw your consent. In any event, revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

Right of appeal to the supervisory authority:

Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, in your place of work or in the place where the alleged infringement occurred, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you is in breach of the DPA.

Provision of personal data:

You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide us with your personal data for the use of the website. However, it is possible that certain functions of the website depend on the provision of personal data.
